The only items that are not handmade are the cool vintage/antique items that will be scattered throughout the shoppe. 

All of the artisan craft vendors are local to Northborough, Shrewsbury, and other Massachusetts towns or cities.

Gift certificates should be available in the shop by Friday, December 20. As long as there are no issues with shipping, we'll have them.

Gift certificates will be good for a year from the date of purchase.

Sorry, all sales from the shoppe are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges. 

We hope this does not happen, but if there is an issue that is clearly a design flaw, please reach out and we'll do what we can to rectify the situation. We take pride in the craftsmanship of all of our items and want you to be 100% satisfied.

Now that's a really good question, thanks for asking. The priority focus right now is to get the brick and mortar shoppe up and running. Once that is in full motion, then the website will have the online ordering capability built into it. Please be patient.

YES! You'll see in-shoppe merchandise listed on the website, Facebook, and Instagram. Check back regularly and don't forget to follow and like us on FB and IG, so you get your updates faster.

We're not offering shipping at this time.

All major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay or good ol' fashioned cash (for local purchases at the shoppe). We can take payment over the phone if you want to prepay to hold an item.

Yes, if you can think it, we can make it, and we'll print pretty much anything (except the really bad stuff). 

Sure, within reason.  Some people don't have good aesthetic taste so you may be steered in a different direction. (Remember, we're the experts.)

It really depends on the custom project, but 7-14 days is a reasonable expectation.  Custom furniture will take longer.

Quite likely, but it really depends upon the piece. We'll discuss all of the logistics to ensure your end product is what you envision.
